Always Hope
This project was set up to support young adults with experience of care and custody.
Working as a design associate with Innovation Unit, an interactive handbook was created to present to the stakeholders of this programme. This document was designed to bring together new solutions for practitioners from prison, probation and other services working with young adults.
A continuous line was central to the design. It reflects the path/journey of the young care experienced person while linking up all the practitioners and resources. A bright green colour scheme was chosen to symbolise growth (of the young person) and innovation of the service design. A set of icons was also created to illustrate some of the key concepts in this programme.
A consistent look and feel was created for this project. While the brief did not require a full visual identity and branding strategy, a simple system was created to bring uniformity to all future communications across the programme.
